TAHA WAIRUA 2020

Hi my name Is Tahliyah the photo down below and this is friend Luisa and me and her are partners and we are going to talk about why do we say the mihi and the karakia and the Himene which got's something to do with taha wairua. and so our teacher gave us a challenge to tell her why we do  mihi and the karakia and the Himene .

1. we do it to connect with our creator and to ask him to forgive my sins and to ask him to guide us through the bad and the good and to ask him to bless us.

2. remind us about our loved ones who fell asleep and to bless them and to give us streagth and to give them peace and to show them our love for them.

3. And to know who we are and to know were there
parents came from and where our homeland is.
