Taha tinana-  Fitness & Hygiene

Our physical well being depends on us so that We can stay healty Our famlies at home make sure that we have a shower every single morning and after school and to learn the basic stuff of us growning bigger and to keep out fitness level up me and my famliy do this. look down below to see.

1. We go for runs in the afternoon when the sun is still up

2. We make sure to wash our hair every saturday befor we go to chruch

3. We make sure to have a shower twice a day morning and night time

4. We make sure we have nice and clean pj one befor we go to sleep

5. We make sure to go to sleep early so that we have enough energy to have a great day at school.

6. And somtimes in the year we play for Auckland touch and go on road trips with my whole famliy.
