This morning me and my math's class are learning how to clear our mind so when you get angry or frustrated and you just want to calm down here are some ideas for you to calm down look down below to see the ideas.
1. Saying the pray to strengthen you
2. doing yogar
3. going to the beach and lying down
4.meditation
5. going to a peaceful place
So these are all the things that you can do when you are frustrated and angry and you just want to calm down. So please do this if you need to calm down.
