Taha Tinana 2020 fitnes

Hi everybody this is my taha tinana post about fitness and health and so here is my challege for you first you are going to stretch your legs 3 times for 10 sec And do 6 lunges for 10 sec. And 10 push ups for 1 min And so I hope you do this during your spear time
